New, more speedy KickRSS!

We’ve done a little work under the hood, and now KickRSS runs even faster than ever! With nearly 400,000 article summaries in the database (already!), from just under 2,500 distinct feeds, we count that as some achievement. (Thanks go to Amorya for doing the actual work… )
