New preferences are now available in the Manage Feed section. You can now choose your preferred date and time formats, as well as which time zone you’re in and control over whether you want “Today” and “Yesterday” in place of dates for today’s and yesterday’s articles. The preferences only apply to the webpage output; the RSS feed output is unchanged.
